Manson NW-Webster is seeking a highly qualified and positive thinking person, with strong collaboration skills to be an Elementary Special Education Instructor. Qualifications should include:

• Iowa teaching license required
• Instructional Strategist I required, Strategist II preferred
• Knowledge and skill with research based teaching techniques
• Elementary Special Education teaching experience and experience with web IEP preferred
• Ability to remain calm and help students control their behavioral challenges via positive interactions while accelerating students' academic skills
• Strong collaborating skills and enjoys working with others
• Good organization skills and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collect and analyze student data (academic/behavior)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve student achievement and success
• Solid foundation in research-based instructional strategies
• Knowledge base in Functional Behavior Analysis and Behavior Intervention Plans preferred
• Experience with inclusion and the co-teaching model
• Experience with MTSS model
